To all the Mom's out there, I need your help. There are so many baby things our there, I have registered for a lot of things, but I know there are the must haves out there and things each mom loves for the little ones. If you could please leave me a comment with things you liked or things you did not like that would be great!

Hey Anne!
Saw your blog post via FB...here's my advice to all new moms...get a Diaper Champ instead of a Diaper Genie. You'll save a LOT of money in the long run b/c you can use any old garbage bag with the Diaper Champ, but you have to buy specific (and not cheap!) liners for the Diaper Genie. Best of luck!
miracle blanket!!
Anne,
Some of my favorites thus far (only 4 weeks in!) are: my #1 favorite - SwaddleMe (I have 2 - I'm convinced it what keeps Zoe sleeping for a few hours at a time - much better than just swaddling with a blanket), Moby wrap - fabulous for getting things done around the house, spin and store drying rack (for bottles, etc.), nursing cover, sleep positioner (I saw you had this on your registry - I didn't know how I'd like it, but I love it!), peek-a-boo closet dividers (from Babies R Us) - awesome for clothes organizing.
These are just a few of my many favorites! You had a lot of fabulous things already on there. Have fun!! :)

Hi Anne,
I also love the Diaper Champ. Way easier than the Genie.
I also think one of those car seat covers that go on top of the whole thing are a must. I didn't have one the first time, but did the second time and it was wonderful. I didn't need to have a coat for my baby which made buckling her in easier and it let her sleep in there without getting to hot.
You also need to make sure to have lots of outfits with ruffle butts. Plus a bonnet (Meijer $5), ruffle socks, outfits in pink, pink, flower, pink, and flower.

Love the Moby...our play gym has been a HUGE hit the last few weeks (we got one with sides to keep Abbi away)...MAM pacifiers...bottle warmer (so nice for babysitters when I am at work)...lots and lots of burp cloths...we love our Graco swing...body sponge to lay baby on in the tub for bath time...
Loved my Baby Bjorn! I didn't have one with Elyse but used it all the time with Andrew. If I were you, maybe try and "borrow" several different slings/carriers from people, try them out and then go buy what you like best. I tried several different slings from friends, they looked so cute etc. - but the Bjorn was by far the best! I don't know if it's because I'm so short - but those sling type carriers did not fit me right at all.
