Craft time

The other night my friend Kate and I decided to do a girls craft night.
We turned to Pinterest (so helpful) and came up with this. It was pretty easy and we had fun!

PRAYERS NEEDED NOW!!!!!

I am asking for prayers!!! My good friend Kate Wiersma's son Max is in surgery right now as we speak having a complete liver transplant. In March he was diagnosed with state 3 liver cancer. Since the diagnoses he has been having chemo. He is not responding to the chemo so a liver transplant is the only way to save his life. This sweet little boy has had nothing but an up hill battle his whole life. He is a twin and they were born at 24 weeks. They got the call last night around 9:30 pm from the transplant team to say they had a liver for Max. They traveled 3 hours to Ann Arbor Michigan to Mott's children's hospital where they started surgery at 5 AM today Wednesday 9-12 they are expecting it to take about 8 hours. Summer Ideas....?

So it is starting to feel like summer in Grand Haven!!! We are looking for fun things to do with Ellison, inside and outside ideas. What things do you do with your kids? We are taking a family trip to Chicago in July which we are very excitd about! Thanks for the help!

New look!

It has been forever since I have posted on the blog. I feel like my life just got busy and I never get on the laptop anymore. I use my iphone and ipad for everything. With that said I found a blog app for the ipad. I have high hopes it will help with my blogging vacation.
My new goal is to blog once a week. If you don't please remind me.

PRAYERS

I am asking for prayers for our friends the Wiersma's! They have twin boys, Max and Wes.

The boys were born 16 weeks premature. They have had a huge up hill climb. They spent the first 10 months of there lives in the hospital. They have not had an easy life to say the least.

Just days before there 3 rd Birthday Kate and her husband Mark received devastating news. Max was diagnosed with stage 3 liver cancer.
He has been undergoing chemo and will have a long road ahead of him.
